If the scheme is a UK scheme, the system produces letters to members 90, 60 and 30 days before they turn 25, requiring them to advise whether they will Opt In or Opt out of the Fund.
This report displays a list of all members that have not responded with the choice of whether they will Opt In to the fund or Opt out of the fund.
From the Member menu, select Eligibility Report from the sub-menu on the left.
The Eligibility Report screen will be displayed.
The following columns are displayed:
- Sequence Number
- Scheme Code
- Run Effective Date
- Effective To Date
- Transaction Date
- User
- Action
To select a report, click on the hyperlinked display in the Action column alongside the required report. An Outstanding Eligibility Decision Report screen will be display in PDF format.

- Title
- First Name
- Surname
- Last Letter Sent
